# Contract documents: contract summary, terms, DPA and consents

Under *Customer area → Documents* you find everything you need for your records, an audit or data protection – as PDF at any time.

- **Contract summary**: plan, payment interval, term, add-ons, limits and usage, your customer number and your contract partner – as of today, on one page.
- **Terms** and **DPA** (data processing agreement): exactly in the version your business accepted, with version, date and person. If there is a newer version, *read the current version* leads there.
- **Consents**: who accepted which document when and through which channel – for example when ordering in the shop or after a change when signing in.
- **Sub-processors**: the services we use to operate Tulz, with purpose and location. We announce new ones at least four weeks in advance.

The contract summary is a summary; the accepted terms and the invoices are authoritative.
