# Ideas & requests: suggest features and vote

What are you missing in Tulz? Under *Help & support → Ideas & requests* you suggest features and vote for other workshops' ideas. What many want comes first.

1. **New idea**: describe in one sentence what you would like and, if you wish, explain what you need it for – e.g. "Filter torque wrenches by measuring range". If similar ideas already exist, Tulz shows them first; a vote there is often quicker than a new idea.
2. Your idea is first **under review** and only visible to your business. After our review all workshops can vote for it – they only see the text, not who wrote it.
3. **▲ Vote**: every employee has one vote per idea; a second click withdraws it.

The tabs show the ideas with the most votes, the newest, planned and implemented ones, and your own. If an idea you support is planned, implemented or declined, you receive a notification – with our reply and, for implemented ideas, the version. We merge similar ideas; your vote moves with them.
