# Usage history and forecast

Under *Customer area → Usage* you see how your business has developed over the last twelve months: **tools**, **users**, **sites** and **storage** – the figure at the end of each month, and today's figure for the current month.

- The bars turn yellow as soon as you reach 80 % of a limit of your plan and red when the limit has been reached.
- The **forecast** extends the growth of recent months, for example: "The limit of 500 is expected to be reached in March." This lets you plan an add-on or a larger plan in good time – the button next to it leads straight to the matching add-on.
- Values before the update to version 2.54 are calculated from the creation dates; deleted tools and users are not included.

The forecast is an estimate. When a limit is reached, only creating new entries is refused – existing data is always kept.
