Terms of use of the demo workshop

As of: 11.10.2026 Version 1

This translation is provided for information. The German version is legally binding. German version

Section 1 Subject matter

(1) Luca Berwind (Tulz) (hereinafter "Provider") provides a demo workshop of Tulz on tulz.work: a separate sample business with made-up data in which interested parties can try out the software without obligation.

(2) The demo is free of charge. Starting the demo does not conclude a contract for paid services and does not create a subscription. Use with your own data is governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use of Tulz.

(3) These terms apply to every demo workshop started with the email address provided.

Section 2 Start, access and duration

(1) A valid email address and acceptance of these terms are required to start. The Provider may send the access link to this address; the link is personal and must not be passed on.

(2) Each demo workshop exists for 2 hours from the start. After that, it is completely and permanently deleted together with all data entered in it – without a backup and without any possibility to transfer or download the data.

(3) There is no entitlement to a demo, to a certain availability or to certain functions. The Provider may limit the number of demos per person, email address and connection and may change or end the offer at any time.

Section 3 Permitted use

(1) The demo serves exclusively to get to know the software.

(2) In particular, it is not permitted

  1. to enter real personal data of third parties (e.g. names, addresses or phone numbers of employees or customers) or trade secrets,
  2. to enter content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of third parties,
  3. to upload files or to circumvent the blocks set up for this – uploading pictures, documents, certificates and import files is technically switched off in the demo,
  4. to access the demo automatically, to put load on it, to probe it for security vulnerabilities or to use it for purposes other than trying it out.

(3) No emails, messages to third parties or interface calls are sent from the demo; purchasing, support requests, the workshop network and interfaces are switched off in it.

(4) In the event of a violation, the Provider may delete the demo workshop immediately and block further demos for the email address or the connection.

Section 4 Data

(1) The Provider processes the data entered in the demo only to provide the demo. It is deleted when the demo expires under Section 2 (2).

(2) The Provider stores the email address, the time of acceptance with the version of these terms and a salted checksum of the IP address (not the IP address itself) in order to send the access link, prevent misuse and be able to prove acceptance. This information is deleted 90 days after the start.

(3) If the user has voluntarily allowed the Provider to contact them by email about the demo and about Tulz, the email address remains stored for this purpose until the permission is withdrawn. Withdrawal is possible at any time without any formalities, e.g. by email to kontakt@tulz.work.

(4) Details can be found in the privacy policy at https://tulz.work/datenschutz.

Section 5 Liability

(1) The demo is provided free of charge and without warranty. The Provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.

(2) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Section 6 Final provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

(2) Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
