Under Reports → Bottlenecks, Tulz shows which tools would save waiting time with a second unit.
How Tulz recognises a bottleneck
- Utilisation: how much of the time the tool (per piece) was on loan in the selected period – from about 60 % it gets tight
- Watch requests: employees clicked Notify me when free while it was out
- Requests from other sites and many reservations
The list is sorted by urgency; the Why column gives the reason in words, e.g. "out 78 % of the time · watched 3× while it was out". Choose the period – 30 days to one year – directly in the section.
Repeatedly requested elsewhere
The second part lists tools your site has requested at least twice from another site or a partner business in the workshop network – candidates for a unit of your own.
Order suggestion
Order suggestion creates a new purchase order – with the tool as an item and, if entered, the supplier and price of the existing unit. Check it, change it if needed and order as usual. The existing tool stays; the new one is added at goods receipt.
