Under Tools → Templates you group all the tools for a recurring job, e.g. "Timing belt EA211" with locking tool, tensioner adjustment tool and torque wrench. You type or scan items just like when lending (inventory number, OEM number, bulk items with quantity); a template only contains tools from its own site. The list shows whether all tools are currently available. Pick list from template creates the pick list with all available tools; tools on loan or blocked are listed at the top as a note. On the tool page you can see which templates it belongs to, and create a new one directly with Add to template.
