Outgoing webhooks (Settings → Integrations): events such as issue, return, hand-over, damage, loss, inspection, new tool or goods receipt are sent as JSON to an address of your choice – to the workshop software, Zapier/Make/n8n or Home Assistant. Every message is signed with X-Tulz-Signature (HMAC-SHA256); the cron job retries failed deliveries up to six times.
Single sign-on (Settings → Single sign-on): sign in with the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account (or another OpenID Connect provider). Users are matched by email address; on request, unknown accounts of the company domain are created automatically as mechanics. Signing in with password and passkey remains possible.
Language and overview: in the profile every employee chooses German, English or Italian (since 2.41, see Language: German, English or Italian). Under Customise overview everyone decides which sections the start page shows – new are Warranty expiring, Certificates expiring and Open purchase orders.
