On the sign-in page tap "Forgot password?", enter your username or email address and Request link. Use the link in the email to set a new password.
If there is no email address in the account (or email sending is not set up), an administrator sets a new password under Users. If you can't sign in at all, "Problems signing in?" helps – the form reaches support even without signing in.
