Under Loans → My day every employee sees at a glance what concerns them today – without figures for the whole business:
- To do today: overdue returns and returns due today, directly with Return and Extend
- My tools: everything currently on loan in my name, with pick list, job number and a note when a tool's inspection is coming up
- Open pick lists with "3 of 5 open"
- Reservations for the next 7 days – if the tool is ready, Borrow now appears
- Notes: expiring certificates (e.g. high-voltage training), due inspections, open requests to other sites
The page works well as a start page on the phone: open it once, then Add to Home screen.
